About
Outreachbox started from a frustration. LinkedIn is where a huge amount of B2B sales actually happens — conversations, warm intros, cold outreach, follow-ups. But there was no good way to manage any of it. You'd end up copying names into a spreadsheet, losing track of where you left off, and forgetting to follow up with people who were genuinely interested.
The existing CRMs were built for email-first workflows. They'd bolt on LinkedIn as an afterthought, if at all. The result was always the same: more friction, more tabs, more things to keep in sync.
So I built Outreachbox — a CRM that lives where the work actually happens. The Chrome extension sits on top of LinkedIn and lets you capture leads, log notes, and move people through your pipeline without ever leaving the page you're already on. The web app gives you the full picture: a kanban board, analytics, templates, and everything else you need to run a proper outreach operation.
It's built and maintained by one person. That means it moves fast, stays focused, and doesn't have layers of process between a user's problem and a fix. If something's broken or something important is missing, I want to hear about it.
Outreachbox is for salespeople, founders, recruiters, and anyone else who does meaningful work on LinkedIn and wants a better way to manage it. The free plan is genuinely useful. The paid plans are priced for individuals, not enterprise procurement committees.
