The short version

Use Outreachbox for legitimate sales and outreach work. Don't abuse it, don't use it to spam people, and don't do anything with it that you wouldn't be comfortable explaining to a stranger. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll do our best to fix it quickly — but we can't be held liable for lost deals or missed opportunities.

Who can use Outreachbox

You must be at least 18 years old to use Outreachbox. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your team.

What you can do

Use Outreachbox to manage your sales pipeline and LinkedIn outreach.
Invite team members to collaborate within your account.
Export and use your own data however you like.
Cancel your subscription at any time.

What you cannot do

Use Outreachbox to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam. Outreach should be targeted and relevant — that's what the tool is designed for.
Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from Outreachbox beyond normal use.
Share your account credentials with people outside your team.
Use Outreachbox in a way that violates LinkedIn's own terms of service. We are a tool to help you work more efficiently — not to circumvent platform rules.
Resell or sublicense access to Outreachbox.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar. You can cancel at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but if something went seriously wrong on our end, reach out and we'll make it right.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

Your data

You own your data. We store it to provide the service and for no other reason. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

Uptime and availability

We aim to keep Outreachbox available and reliable, but we are a small operation and cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or service interruptions.

Termination

You can stop using Outreachbox at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for a reason other than a terms violation, we will refund any unused portion of your subscription.

Limitation of liability

Outreachbox is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
